With his heartfelt singing and soul-stirring melodies, Ryan Hollander is a sensational entertainer and crowd favorite.  Based in both Connecticut and North Carolina, Ryan has performed his original rock/pop music across the United States and internationally.

Ryan has been studying music classically since the age of four.  Ryan's range is wide, from classical to rock and roll, from reggae to R&B, from popular standards to his own original songs.  His musical nfluences include Billy Joel, Matchbox Twenty, O.A.R., Jason Mraz, Coldplay, Bon Jovi, Bob Marley, Meat Loaf, and Third Eye Blind.

Ryan was the star and the executive producer of "Rockin' With Ryan," a live-to-tape cable TV series, which aired three times a week on Winston-Salem/Forsyth County's CAT-TV (Channel 6).  Each show was packed with music from beginning to end and included trivia about the songs and/or specials, such as a guest or a behind the scenes studio tour.

Ryan's fourth album, "Heart and Soul," released March 2010, contains ten original songs and is currently sold in Borders bookstores and Jackson's Music–both in North Carolina, in Cutler's Record store in Connecticut, and through CDBaby.com.

Ryan's third album, "You're What It Takes," released January 2006, was the number 1 best-selling local album in North Carolina Borders bookstores for twelve weeks after its release.  "You're What It Takes" features five original songs.

Ryan's music has been featured on Piedmont Triad radio including Top 40 station 107.5 KZL, 88.5 WFDD, and 600 WSJS.

"Rock For A Healthy New Year," now in its seventh year, is an annual charity event that Ryan started.  In 2005, Ryan performed the inaugural "Rock For A Healthy New Year" concert at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina.  In 2006, Pepsi sponsored the event at Winston-Salem, NC's Skate Haven indoor skating rink, where over 200 families rocked to the music while raising funds for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Western North Carolina.  In 2007, the 220 outlets of Hanes Mall, the largest mall between Atlanta and Washington D.C., sponsored the event, which benefited the American Diabetes Association.  In 2008, with the endorsement of the U.S.O., Ryan brought the show to the flagship Veterans Administration hospital in Washington, D.C. to play for injured troops from Iraq and Afghanistan.  In 2009, Ryan brought the show inside the rooms of immobile patients in Connecticut's Yale-New Haven hospital and performed personalized songs for patients unable to travel to music elsewhere.  In 2010, "Rock for a Healthy New Year" travelled to Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC–where Ryan performed for immobile cancer patients.

As founder of Burning Ice Incorporated, Ryan has recorded and/or produced music for over a half dozen other artists.
